May 1, 2004 - A Colossus is Born
On May 1, the European Union (EU) opened
its doors to ten new members to form a political entity of 25
nations and 455 million people. These ten EU newcomers
are: Cyprus (after eventually reaching an uneasy agreement
between Greeks and Turks), the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania,
Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. All that remains to be
done is to have Bulgaria and Romania join later - their
expected arrival is around 2007 - and then, perhaps, Turkey.
The new European Union is a geo-political,
geo-economic, and geo-monetary entity of immense size. It is
now number 1 in terms of its global GDP and Number 3 in the
political size of its population, behind China and India, but
ahead of the USA which has a population of about 290 million.
The US now stands faced with a global equal in all but
geo-strategic terms. This will be hard for the US political
establishment to accept, seeing themselves (as they currently
do) as the world's sole "superpower". For the US
political establishment, this is like having the world turned
upside down. Ever since the military victories over Germany
and Japan and especially after the internal collapse of the
USSR in 1991, the US political establishment has seen itself
as politically paramount on a global scale as well as being
the only serious actors on a global scale. This can be seen
from the deployment of US armed forces in 135 nations.
It will be interesting to watch how the EU develops in the
coming planned collapse of the US economy. As usual
ThreeWorldWars will keep a close watch and keep you informed.
But another colossus was born on May 1st,
2004.
I
am proud to announce the official launch of WW3 News, a
site dedicated to tracking the steady march towards the
planned World War 3. It's been a few months in
development, and you may have seen some of the site before,
but it's now a complete portal for all World War 3 related
news. I call it a colossus because it's a massive
database of information and resources. And the best
part, it's free and there are no adverts! I hope you
find it useful, and look forward to hearing your feedback and
ideas for future inclusion in this rapidly growing site.
What does this edition of
the 3WW Newsletter have in store for you?
Iraq War and Historical Revisionism
The US occupation of Iraq is an open,
obvious, unmitigated disaster. The exposure of the torture of
Iraqi prisoners by American (and British) troops guarantees
that the US will find no more "allies" for any future military
plans. The pull back from Falluja shows that the US cannot
control the nation they occupy. A historical constant is being
repeated in which a nation which "invests" in empire ends up
impoverishing itself. The fact that the US is entrenched on
this road is equally obvious.
For those of us skeptical of war, there is
nothing new in the Iraq fiasco. The government was lying (of
course), the true motives were hidden (of course), it has
created a disaster (of course), it ended up spreading death
and misery (of course), and it was and is enormously costly
(of course). All of this could be known in advance by anyone
familiar with the concept of Conspiratorial History. It's the
same pattern, repeated again and again.
So what about the lies told to the world to convince everyone
the Iraq war was necessary? Were lies told to the unsuspecting
public before the start of previous wars? Historical
Revisionists research the past and recognize the importance of
removing the propaganda often generated during wars, from the
historical record.
Like the nonexistent babies who never were removed from those
Kuwaiti hospital incubators in 1990, the image of which Bush
the First used to drive the U.S. into war against Iraq the
first time. Like the nonexistent Weapons of Mass Destruction
that Saddam never had, the specter of which Bush the Second
used to drive the U.S. into war against Iraq the second time.
Like the Reichstag building fire that catapulted Hitler to
dictator of Germany.
An extremely interesting conference was recently held in
Sacramento, CA to discuss the importance of discovering the
truth in history. The conference venue was initially cancelled,
threatening the cancellation of the conference completely.
but it eventually went ahead, and had to be held in secret for
fear of threats from pressure groups who do not want the truth
to be told. This in a land of supposed free speech.
Fortunately the
recordings of the conference are available to those interested
in the work this group are doing. I can highly recommend the
talk by Edgar Steele, ‘Attorney for the Damned’.
International Revisionist Conference
Bilderberg Conference 2004
The Bilderberg Conference is a little-publicized annual
gathering of international elites who define future global
strategy. Other such bodies on this trans-national
scale include the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in the
USA, with its UK sister organization, the Royal Institute of
International Affairs (otherwise known simply as Chatham
House) and the Trilateral Commission (which itself grew out of
Bilderberg meetings and has been essentially a more globalist
version of the latter, since it includes Japanese
representatives).
'Bilderberg' takes its name from the hotel,
belonging to Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, near Arnhem,
where, in May 1954 the first meeting took place of what has
ever since been called the Bilderberg Group. While the name
persisted, its meetings are held at different locations each
year. Prince Bernhard himself was chair until 1976 when he was
forced to resign because of the Lockheed bribery scandal. The
possible significance of this group may be gleaned from the
status of its participants: the membership comprises those
individuals who would, on most definitions, be regarded as
members of the 'ruling class' in Western Europe and North
America. In particular, the conferences brought together
important figures in most of the largest international
corporations with leading politicians and prominent
intellectuals (in both academia and journalism).
Moreover, virtually all the European institutions we take for
granted today, or treat as if they 'emerged' as a matter of
course, from the ECSC, EEC and Euratom down to the present
European Union, were conceived, designed and brought into
existence through the agency of the people involved in
Bilderberg.
American Free Press have recently announced that Bilderberg
2004 will be held in Italy this year.
Venue: Grand Hotel des Iles Borromees
– Stresa:
borromees.it. (It's worth watching the flash intro
to see the style and grandeur these elite enjoy.)
Date: Thursday June 3rd to Sunday June
6th 2004

What Your PC Knows About You
>For reasons too
numerous to cover now (but keep a lookout for a future
newsletter where I’ll spill all the beans), I recently had to
purchase software which would permanently remove from my
trusty, well-traveled laptop any reference to the politically
incorrect topics I research in preparation for this
newsletter.
>If you’re not aware
of it, deleting a file on your computer does not eliminate the
file completely, and anyone can retrieve almost anything
you’ve ever saved to your computer. Even if you downloaded
something unintentionally and immediately deleted it, the file
could still be found and used as evidence against you by
corrupt government officials. In the very near future even
storing a copy of this email on your computer could be a
crime. I say this not to scare you (and I certainly hope you
won’t choose to leave us because of it!), but simply to inform
you about what we could be in for if martial law is ever
declared.
One
Year After Victory Declared
>
Few can forget the imagery of President George W. Bush flying
by military jet onto an aircraft carrier off the West Coast
and announcing to the assembled troops and television viewing
public that the major combat operations in Iraq were finished.
That occurred a year ago on May 1, 2003. However, U.S.
troops remain in Iraq and have faced fierce resistance from
Iraqi insurgents since that time. Also, at Bush's request,
Congress has authorized billions of additional dollars to help
fund the efforts in Iraq, and the administration is likely to
increase the number of troops stationed there. But far
worse is the little-reported 680 allied fatalities since May
2003 (an average of 1.86 per day), a massive number
considering Bush announced a victory 12 months ago.
Some victory indeed. Source:
War Casualties.
A review of Gallup Poll data on Iraq shows that Americans
continue to support the war effort, but by a slim margin. The
public generally believes that things are not going well for
the United States in Iraq and expresses doubt that the Bush
administration has a clear plan for handling the situation
there. Recent Gallup data suggest a growing public acceptance
for an extended and perhaps increased military presence in
Iraq. Still, half say it is at least somewhat likely the
situation could turn into one similar to what the United
States faced in the Vietnam War.
According to the most recent CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll,
conducted April 16-18, 52% of Americans say the war was worth
it. This percentage has dipped below 50% just once (a 49%
reading in the Jan. 29-Feb 1. poll), but has been in the 50%
range for most of this year. Around the time that Bush
announced "mission accomplished," roughly 7 in 10 Americans
said the efforts were worth it. Source:

That's all folks.
