An
Independent Review of 'Surviving Terrorism' - A
Handbook of Survival Guidelines
'Surviving Terrorism' by Jarret B.
Wollstein is a huge compendium of timely tips and advice to
survive not only a terrorist attack, but any disruption to our
daily lives, including natural disasters, blackouts and
martial law. There are many useful guidelines to
ensuring personal privacy, and it seems rather limiting to
call the report 'Surviving Terrorism'. I would
have preferred something like 'Step-by-Step Guidelines for
Taking Back Control of Your Life'.
Here is a small sample of
Surviving Terrorism:
-
What bio-weapons terrorists are likely to
use - and what you can do to protect your family from each
of them.
-
The shocking national effects of the
explosion of a single nuclear weapon in a major U.S. city.
-
The federal government's list of the top
120 terrorist targets.
-
Protecting your family from sniper
attacks. Where to buy Kevlar body armor, best guns for
family defense, expert self-defense tips from a 7th Degree
Black Belt, with instructional photos.
-
How to make sure your business and career
survives the coming global war and depression. Exclusive
11-step plan.
-
How to minimize airport security hassles,
and how to legally arm (and armor) yourself against
terrorists.
-
Nine urgent steps to take immediately to
protect your health during the coming war.
-
Foods that Heal. Extensive list of the
best foods to build up your health.
-
How to store gold, silver and other
valuables so that no one - including burglars and bad cops -
can find them.
-
Extensive emergency checklists and buying
guide, including meals you can buy for 5¢ each!
-
An inexpensive anti-radiation drug you
can buy and where to get it.
-
How to find out NOW if your bank,
insurance company and stocks are safe, and if they will
survive the coming chaos.
Rating
Readability: 7/10. Jarret has
an easy-to-understand style of writing and the entire report
flows well, with a clear, logical sequence. My only
gripe is that the report is US-centric, meaning that
international readers will have to make their own adaptations
to make the report relevant to their circumstances.
Support: 9/10. Prompt,
efficient support offered by email only, although a telephone
number is provided which allows one to leave a message 24
hours a day.
Value for Money: 8/10. The
report is undeniably expensive at $97, putting it out of the
reach of most people who are not serious about their safety
and security. However, it's well worth the investment,
considering the extent of the topics covered.
Analysis: If you're serious
about preparing for the inevitable, this is a must-have
reference, which you will refer to again and again. But
if you don't intend taking the advice and implementing the
valuable tips and ideas presented, the report probably isn't
for you.
I highly recommend obtaining a copy of
Surviving Terrorism. I've
used this extensive report myself to ensure that I'm safe when the
missiles start falling.
