This is a tactic often used by terrorists in order to make it harder for anti-terrorists to find terrorist websites. Description: Islamic Hackers aka Afghan Hackers are controlled by the same group of people that control OBL Crew. Islamic Hackers is believed to be controlled by a former Taliban Online webmaster only known as 'MuntaQim.' During one of its infiltrations of Taliban Online ATC Intelligence stumbled upon some posts by 'MuntaQim' telling people about Islamic Hackers. He tried to recruit leader of Giovanimh, another Al-Qaeda linked hackers group which was shut down in early 2003. Recently, Islamic Hackers was hosted at Afghani Voice Chat, before this site was taken down. (It is now back up). This is all that remains of the first Islamic Hackers. Islamic Hackers again uses frames and still uses its old official address, islamichackers.tk It is now hosted at Invisionfree, a forum hosting service. Islamic Hackers had an MSN group which was recently banned.
