Conditioning The Masses For Conflict
It is sad truly, but I think the steps are being taken now to bring on a war with Iran in a war on terror that will never end. All the aggression and tainted media surrounding the topic is already being used against us. Slowly, but now progressively, they are dampening its impact upon us. If one was to watch closely you will see many signs pointing towards this event. Mainly in the conditioning of the masses to accept this is going to happen whether we like it or not.
First they portray the words outright in many related articles to the events they want us to see. “War with Iran” will be repeated in any article many times. Just to implement those words into our current train of thoughts.
Second, they begin to make it look out of our power to do anything about it. Assembly meetings with Governor Generals, Heads of State, Parliamentary Officials. All these people who wield ‘power’ in this world. They are the ones who ‘control’ the issues and ‘decide’ upon how to go about making decisions.
Third… we get our citizens of whatever far left and right groups to either be appalled, or enthused over the implications of such an idea. Make them all bicker amongst themselves and then the real people watching over the plays start making their moves.
We are being conditioned, and our movements of left and right within, are already sowed and wrought with anger. How much longer until a bomb drops? A secret ops mission gone wrong sparks one side to declare war? Just as we’ve all seen with 9/11, the government organizations who work behind the scenes have a hand in what is going on around us.
Afghanistan was already used as a military boot camp. Iraq as their live action training grounds. Who will be next? The push has begun for Iran. Strike one, strike two… strike three? Can you think of any Arab country that will stand idly by and watch some Imperialistic army start destroying their neighbors?! Things have really not been looking good on a world scale as of late, the only question left for Arabs now is simple. “Do we stand united and push these infidels out of our lands? Or do we allow them to destroy our culture and way of life?” I think we know what any rational minded group of people would do, and bind together for a common cause in survival.
I’ve pointed out in previous articles that media is used to keep our eyes glued to the television nodding in dumbfound agreement. Flashy images and intense music going from one scene to the next in rapid succession, assailing our senses. With it they put many thoughts and images in our minds. With these, they can help increase or lower impact of their decisions and actions.
I’ve also pointed out before that it is quite probable in the near future a real conflict is going to break out. Iraq was nothing compared to what a real invasion will look like. With all this fancy new gadgets and military budgets, many countries are anxious to try them out. Alternatively, they may be overly afraid of others and using them with no regard for intelligence at what they are doing. Tensions are really high these days on a world scale. No other country really trusts any other anymore and honestly I cannot blame any of them. How much longer until something intense really happens and knocks the public’s socks off as they stare glued to their televisions?
How much longer until all this hate and propaganda turns into war?

Just as I finished writing this I had the thought… does this make me any better than them for publishing this?

Kevin,
This does not make you better but does increase your value. We need to be discussing the issues among those who understand them. There is always a bigger picture than any of us see. By bringing individual pieces of a puzzle to a well attended forum, the big picture emerges.
Iran is severely lacking friends in the Arab world. The Shiite minority in the Middle East is perhaps more pro Arab than pro Shiite. Think about it. Saddam made war on Iran, backed by the U.S., France and Germany. The Taliban have no use for Iran, which assisted the U.S. in their overthrow. Al Qaeda wants Iraq, Iran and Arabia out of their way and George Bush and Al Qaeda seem to share all the same objectives except the final victory. Al Qaeda is more likely to win than George.
All Sunnis will be working against any Shiite dominance in the region. For something like 1400 years the Shiites have had their heads where the sun does not shine and everyone else finds their awakening a great threat.
Fwe understand the new Shiite government in Iraq has little experience in government. It took the U.S. several years under peaceful conditions to create a constitution for union after the Revolution and these were men steeped in the Rights of Englishmen who were not receiving aid and assistance from an enemy.
There is an awakening in progress in the West. The promotion of The Secret, which explains the law of attraction in terms ordinary people can understand; has been heavily promoted by Oprah Winfrey on a 7 February show and again on the 16th. This has the attention of multiplied millions and is going viral around the world.
On the 16 February show, they referenced the war on terrorism and the war on drugs and how this terminology alone creates what we fear because we are directed to focus on war we don’t want instead of the peace we do.
The global collective consciousness will not be shifted to peace ovenight when the war mongers control education and the major media.
So now is the time to be asking the question which will matter most in the near future. Will I take up arms when the United States is invaded or will I stay out of the way? Will I take up arms against U.S. military and police under martial law, or will I leave that to street gangs as in Iraq?
Can I insure my own air, water, food and shelter when I can no longer depend on government? Can I discourage American students from serving in the war mongering military, striking the warmongers’ Achille’s heel? Should I? Should I get my own affairs in order and plan to help my neighbors through a serious and extended crisis? Should I buy and store fuel or buy mountain bikes, spare parts and build trailers to tow camping and survival supplies? Should I stock up on first aid and medical supplies? What foods should I store at home? Which foods should I have ready for rapid flight? Where can I get a compact water purifier which will allow me to drink pond and stream water safely. Iraq is an excellent case in point here. Much of the disease there continues from the polluted water they have been consuming since shortly after sanctions began in the 90s.
Look at Iraq carefully. The lessons there are how to survive in such conditions if you have advance warning, such as Americans have right now.
Can we not see how effective the divide and conquer strategies are working in the Middle East? Think now about the U.S.. Gangs in city neighborhoods and every prison, set up on racial lines. Whites, Blacks and Latinos, all certain they will have to fight for survival and dominance in any community with two or more groups. The K.K.K. is growing in popularity around the country due to the flood of immigrants. Gangs are joining the military as light infantrymen to learn urban guerilla warfare and recruit within the ranks. They get out and begin training fellow gang members.
In any war zone there are people of insight and vision who get through the experience with minimal crisis and discomfort. We can choose to be survivors of that which we cannot prevent by accepting what those in power are creating, or we can be surprised, choosing a survival struggle or perishing in violence such as never been experience by the masses in history. All focus on global, national and local politics is a distraction from the very basic survival issues much of the world will soon be facing. Which puppets serve the New World Order at any given time is completely irrelevant to an individual’s ability to survive an inevitable survival crisis.

Well said Ed. I can’t agree more with any person who think of survival and how to overcome periods of harsh trials. You pointed out something as well that many people need to hear. “What will you do?”. Really? Whatever it takes to survive? What does survival entail?
For me the only preparations I keep at the highest are staying in shape, a watchful eye, and practicing my self defense routines. I liked your idea of a portable water purifier as well, and am going to ensure I have one in the near future. I’ve spent time backpacking around my country, just living day to day life outside of the norm. I’ve learned to push through under some pretty rough circumstances.
Cheers for the great comment on this article, its always nice to see there are others who share similar thoughts to myself.

Thank you Kevin,
I have only been commenting on a few blogs and forums for the past few months, though I have been writing and publishing similar thoughts on these subjects and more, the past four years. In the pre internet print media, all communication, other than the op ed pages in the newspapers has been one way communication.
It can be very frustrating when we speak and no one responds. The internet is changing that and not fast enough to suit me, so I have chosen a few blogs where I contribute comments on a regular basis and have found on two of them there is a core of a few dozen who actively contribute and create a cyber community, with some communication off blog between individuals who are especially like minded. I find the whole experience very educational and the development of common interest based cyber societies an exciting prospect for the development of the global collective consciousness.
I recently joined the Friends of Article V Convention, not because they will effect the outcome of WW III but to get a head start on post war reconstruction. Thinking beyond the war implies the expectation of surviving the warr and because expectations influence outcomes, I believe this is the healthiest way to think of the near future.. Keep up the good work and this community will grow here as well.

I am encouraged by the extent of discourse in this blog. It makes a refreshing change to read what other “thinkers” are thinking.
Kevin, I am also prompted to ask you and other readers a question.
Why does it really matter? War or no war? Gangs, conflicts, racial tension, mass media hypnosis techniques and all. What about the alternative?
If it was all sunshine and roses what would we do? How would we live with continuing peace? That is, I guess, what is the point of life?
That is the question. What is the value of point of life as we know it?
As I understand it, there is a whole lot more to life than what meets the eye and I do not only refer to the secret societies, the hidden hands and so on.
I refer to that part of “us” that is beyond flesh and blood. Our soul, our spirit. How do we reconcile all this discourse with the part of us that each of us connects with in our quiet moments?
Conditioning the masses for conflict is the physical aspect of the news. I ask that you consider what is happening in the spiritual realm.
It might help make the big picture just a little bit clearer when another dimension is revealed. The “war” that is being fought might appear to be a clash of ideals or economic or political systems but what if it goes deeper than that?
Yeah, I know, I like asking a lot of questions. I am a teacher during the day and I find that asking questions is often a good way to share ideas. You get to know a little about me by the nature of the question and I get to know a little about you by your answer.

Ripcord,
First, a thank you, for a well thought out, and worded, response to my words.
I must say one thing I like about you already, is you do not point your beliefs in peoples faces, you ask us questions, and let us find our own answers. Much as I employ myself. I will also assure you, there is more to what is going on in the world these days then the physical attributes I point out here within. The problem with spirituality, is it is a personal journey for us all. We live life for one purpose, to fill our spiritual self with understanding of our world. Yet as to what is happening in the spiritual realm.. is beyond my comprehension, and alas I am not here to provide answers to anyone, simply to open some eyes (so I hope) so those eyes may judge for themselves what they see. Questions bring answers, which forms another question.
Yet that is not much of an answer to your question is it? So allow me to divulge further. Recently I have found myself to be studying Mayan Astrology and have been astounded by the co-relations I have found in not only my own life, but the natural cycles of the universe itself (yes all physical aspects true, but there is spirituality involved here). I can honestly say SOMETHING beyond our current line of vision is happening. It is affecting our physical realm and the current amount of strife in the world is a reflection of that. All these new ideals coming into play, the old being taken by the new, is naught but the mirror image of something we are unable to comprehend in our current state of minds.
*takes a second to glance at his cards, nods and continues*
The thing is, until spirituality becomes something so permeating in the air as for it to assail our senses much like watching a sunrise, it cannot and will not affect the populace of our planet until then. All we have is the physical, and our own set of beliefs on what everything is supposed to mean.
“If it was all sunshine and roses, what would we do?”
Good question, I cannot speak for the majority of people, and only the majority could make it so, is it possible? Yes, and in that such world I would assume the quest for knowledge would become priority. We would finally have a system on this planet where people ‘understand’ and put in the effort required to keep us all sustained and alive. Going to work would simply be the means of getting everything you need to survive, people would be teachers because they have knowledge of something, not because they have a curriculum to teach that was handed down to them. The world would give us what it had available for resources and everyone would receive an equal share of everything. There would be no more working eight hours five days a week to barely scrape by a living. There would be community service and the community would supply you with everything you need. Everyone doing their equal parts. Am I starting to sound like a hippie? I really hope not…
“Why does it really matter? War or no war? Gangs, conflicts, racial tension, mass media hypnosis techniques and all. What about the alternative?”
It matters to the freedoms of individuals whether there be wars, gangs, conflicts and such not. All of these are ways of oppressing people into a drone like behavior so they will further benefit the Capitalist cause.

WOW! It is reassuring to know that I’m not the only “crazy, weird, militant” that some folks have called me recently when I publicly deride current events as portrayed by the talking heads.
When the “big one” happens how do we even react? What if its not physical conflict of any kind? What if the plans of the power players to bring us to our knees happens in the form of global economic disaster?
I think of an old picture of a pre-WWII German woman using a wheelbarrow to haul the money she needs to buy her daily bread. Is that our future???
Yesterday I read that the world population should reach 9 billion prior to 2050? Are there enough epidemics to thin the herd or do they simply prevent the births through depravation, famine, well placed and limited wars?
I think ideology and religion are for us to confuse, bicker, fight and kill each other over. This makes us take our “eyes off the prize”. These things should not be confused with faith in God or the desire to self-govern. Really what is the prize? How do we get the muslims and the jews talking, or the hindus and the christians to celebrate love not valentine’s day.
Kevin I do disagree that this is a capitalist issue. The wealthy of the world have everything but POWER. I think that power is the ultimate goal.
