Has China Launched its First Shot in WW3?

ChinaChina has successfully shot down its own satellite in space.  Was this a message to the West that it won’t be pushed around?

    China could be our greatest ally, and our worst nightmare. I think we should use this missle test as an invitation to incorporate China into our space program and make a powerfull ally.
